It's That Time Already

Last night before going to sleep, I had this ambition of blogging about how I wanna welcome the New Year. Yes, it’s that time already. It feels like just yesterday when I was blabbing about the year 2007 (while 2008 was making an entrance). It’s a cliché, I know, but hey, I genuinely feel that way. Sigh. Anyway, I suddenly don’t feel like writing too much. There’s a lot I need to think about right now. Not forgetting the fact that I’m pms-ing. I just feel like crying. Damn it. I never feel like crying on a day of traveling back to good old KL. Something must be bothering me. Something not big, but not small (to me) either. You lovely people must think I’m losing it. Maybe, a little. But I’m only losing my cool, not my mind. Even so, not completely. I think I better stop right now. Here’s wishing all of you out there Happy New Year! May God be kind to us all (as always) more than this time last year, less than this time next year. Hope I got that one right. Enough of overused phrases in one entry. I’ll see you lovely people next year. InsyaAllah. Pray for our (my Darling and I) safe journey back home and back here. Don’t forget to party hard. Goodbye!

p/s : I know this has nothing to do with anything at all, but Jenny Humphrey (from Gossip Girl - Season 2) is such a brat!

Have You Ever

Have you ever felt like being an irresponsible person? I have. In fact, I feel like doing something irresponsible right this very minute. Hmm.

p/s : Dear God, please help.

Reasonable Enough

Just a random question to you lovely people out there, how long do you take to get yourself ready for work? From the moment you open your eyes to the moment you’re heading out of the house. Twenty minutes? Forty five, maybe? I need a solid 60 minutes. Yes, an hour of uninterrupted ‘getting ready’ time. Wanna guess how long my Darling takes to get ready in the morning? Fifteen minutes! Fifteen freaking minutes! How does one achieve that? Hmm.

The reason why I am suddenly putting thoughts in this not so interesting subject (I mean people around are still talking about the bombing in Mumbai, the landslide in Bukit Antarabangsa, etc.) is because my Darling woke up late this morning and yet still managed to be ready before I did. Magic sangat. And I was left wondering wth happened? Aku slow sangat ke? I don’t think so. I don’t put on excessive make-up. In fact, I don’t put on make-up at all. So? Apakah reason nyer?

I called to wake him up half way thru my process of getting ready (half way ok?). In the end, he beat me at it. Saya sungguh tidak puas hati. Haha. I guess I’ll just have to live with it. Tapi kenapa? Hmm. It’s not a competition or anything. I’m just curious. He bathes, he puts on whatever stuffs on his face and he uses hair gel and all that other things. But how did he manage to do them so quickly? Fifteen minutes? I know! It’s because I need to put a head scarf on. That has to be it, right? Yes, it has to be. OK. Now I know. Then again, is it reasonable enough that I need extra forty five minutes just to put my scarf on? Haha. Who cares?
